📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and guidance.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain store reports and records.,Assist in planning and organizing store events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
