📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage and motivate the store staff to achieve sales targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and training needs,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events,Maintain a clean and organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with retail software and systems,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
