📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and create high-quality content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Write compelling copy for blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content strategies
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation
• Ensure all content is aligned with our brand guidelines and company values
• Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and infographics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation or a similar role
• Proficient in using social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress is a plus
