📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Operator in managing the store's inventory, including stocking, ordering, and monitoring stock levels.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the store for opening and closing.,Monitor sales and report any issues or concerns to the Store Operator.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.,Participate in store promotions and special events to enhance customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local culture is preferred.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
