📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained and available for use
• Coordinate with drivers and mechanics for timely repairs and maintenance
• Monitor fuel consumption and expenses
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and insurance requirements
• Generate and maintain accurate records of fleet operations
• Provide regular reports to management on fleet performance
• Handle any fleet-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
