📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee development plan.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a similar role.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
