📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the organization and maintenance of office documents and files,Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and meetings,Support the office manager in scheduling appointments and coordinating with external parties,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and common spaces,Assist with data entry and basic administrative tasks,Provide clerical support to the team as needed,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or someone with limited office experience,Basic knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
