📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new healthcare staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
