Indonesia Banking is seeking a dedicated Senior Kitchen Crew to join our team. As a Senior Kitchen Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing delicious meals, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This is a full-time position located in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta, with a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to food quality improvement.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
