📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide information about our products and services.,Process customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including stocking products and ensuring the shop is presentable.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the shop.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to provide the best advice to customers.,Promote our insurance products and services to potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
