As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food costs.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, and work with the general manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Train and develop restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff, to ensure they are knowledgeable about the menu, food preparation techniques, and customer service standards.,Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and special events.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, including the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a specialty or fine dining restaurant.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.,Previous experience working in Bali or another tropical destination is a plus.
