PT Wana Wibawa is looking for an experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team in Palembang. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the outlet meets all health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and ensure product quality.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the outlet.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accuracy of stock records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations if required.
