📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Support the Training Officer in conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assist in the preparation of training materials, including slides, handouts, and other resources.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that training needs are met.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Support the Training Officer in the administration of training-related tasks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities.,Assist in the development and maintenance of training databases and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations in Bali as needed.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
