📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a robust research strategy to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and company fundamentals using advanced research tools.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and recommendations for our investment team.
• Collaborate with our portfolio managers to ensure our research aligns with our clients' investment objectives.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain compliance and deliver high-quality research.
• Mentor and develop the skills of our junior research analysts.
• Participate in client meetings to present research findings and provide strategic advice.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of PT Bangka Belitung Capital Advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in securities research, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality research and strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in securities research or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Refinitiv is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and global financial markets.
