Leaf Bay Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Junior Lab Technician to join our team in Manado. As a Junior Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of laboratory equipment and materials.,Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments under the supervision of senior technicians.,Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and work areas.,Record and document test results and observations accurately.,Assist in the preparation of samples for analysis.,Participate in quality control processes and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Support in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Assist in the training of new laboratory staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology).,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting (preferably in a related field).,Good understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting results.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.,Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
