Bit Data Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a fair and impartial resolution.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.,Contribute to the company's strategic planning by providing HR insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
