📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the import and export of luxury jewellery, managing all aspects of customs clearance and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and local logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that our retail outlets are well-stocked with the latest and most sought-after jewellery.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams, addressing any logistical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure that our inventory meets the needs of our customers and supports our sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on luxury goods or high-end retail.
• Proven experience in managing international shipments and customs compliance.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
