📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages.
  • Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of the café.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their coffee experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
  • Valid ID and the ability to work in Indonesia.
