Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for various positions.,Screening and evaluating applications to identify potential candidates.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing feedback to candidates and supporting them throughout the hiring process.,Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
