📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's goals and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and special requests.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Monitor food costs and suggest cost-saving measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
