YIELD Unggul is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. As a Production Staff, you will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficiency in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.,Ensure quality control by inspecting products and materials.,Maintain and update production records and reports.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth production workflow.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Manage inventory levels and order new materials as needed.,Provide training and support to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or related field.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping systems.,Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
