📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and prospect new customers, and build strong relationships with existing customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product sales.,Present products and services to potential customers and address their needs and concerns.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the retail or wholesale industry is a plus.,Must be able to travel and work outside the office as needed.
