In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing team with HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide strategic HR advice and support to the manufacturing team, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and business objectives.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.,Partner with managers to address performance issues, conduct disciplinary actions, and facilitate resolutions.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects and initiatives.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology tools is a plus.
