📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality B2B solutions that meet client needs.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
