📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's unique needs.,Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns and services to clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients.,Manage client budgets and ensure timely delivery of services and projects.,Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role within the digital marketing industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.,Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and driving business growth.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics.,Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
