As an Inventory Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our team to manage stock levels, organize inventory, and ensure that our warehouse runs efficiently. You'll use tools like SAP and Excel to track inventory, and your attention to detail will help prevent stockouts and overstock situations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Excel.
• Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in the organization and storage of inventory to optimize warehouse space.
• Work with the receiving team to process and log incoming shipments.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely picking and packing of orders.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Assist in the implementation of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• Certification in Warehouse Operations (preferred).
