📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver leadership training programs using tools like Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn Learning.
• Conduct leadership assessments and provide personalized development plans.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify leadership development needs.
• Create and manage a leadership development calendar using Google Workspace.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and coaching sessions.
• Measure the impact of leadership development initiatives and provide reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest leadership trends and best practices.
• Mentor and coach emerging leaders within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in leadership development or a similar role.
• Certification in leadership development or a related field (e.g., CLDP, PMP).
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
