🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with insurance products and banking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid SIMAK UI certification (preferred)
- Ability to travel and work in remote areas
