- Manage a team of collections officers to ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management or a similar role in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using collections management software such as Oracle Collections, SAP, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in collections management or a related field is a plus.
