🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management or a similar role in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using collections management software such as Oracle Collections, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
