📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate MICE travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor travel solutions accordingly.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and services.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the booking process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MICE travel.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all travel arrangements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MICE travel or event planning.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Cvent or Eventbrite.
• Knowledge of Bali's tourism industry and local service providers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid SIM card and ability to travel frequently.
