📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Ensure that all linens, towels, and amenities are properly stocked and in good condition.
• Make beds, vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms according to established protocols.
• Inspect rooms for any signs of damage or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the property.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines and targets.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
