• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and personalized experience upon arrival.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and special requests.

• Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities based on guest preferences and interests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in concierge services or a related field in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
